Think of what you need to survive, Is it Food? Water? or Air? Naturally, I am going to write on water here. It has major importance to all the living things. Some living things have 90% of water in their body weight. The body of the adult human has 61 of it.
According to Biological Chemistry experts 158, the brain and the heart are composed of 73% it, also the lungs are about 83% . The skin contains 64%, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and the bones are watery: 31%.
Each day humans consume a big amount of it to survive. Of course, this varies to age and gender, and also by where someone lives. Generally, an adult male need about 3 liters per day while an adult female needs about 2.2 liters per day. All of the water a person needs does not have to come from drinking liquids, as some of this water comes from the food we eat.
It serves a number of essential functions

- The carbohydrates and proteins that your bodies use as food metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream;

There just would not be any you, me, or numy the dog without the existence of an ample liquid water supply on Earth. The unique qualities and properties are what make it so important to life. The cells in your bodies are full of it. An other excellent ability of it to dissolve so many substances allow your cells to use valuable nutrients and minerals, in biological processes. Water’s “stickiness” plays a part in your body to transport these materials all through yourself. The carbohydrates and proteins in the bodies use as food are metabolized and transported by it in the bloodstream.
